Butterworth's Novice LL tied the Burford Coyotes November 5th
On Saturday, November 5th, the Butterworth Express traveled to Burford to take on the Coyotes. Opening up the scoring in the 1st period was Colton Thompson unassisted. Giving the Express a 2-1 lead in the 2nd period with an unassisted goal was Brady Lamers. The Coyotes evened the score in the 3rd period to make it 2-2. With 1 minute 30 seconds left on the clock, Nolan Crane stopped a breakaway to keep the game tied and give the express a hard fought 1 point. Nolan Crane made 12 saves and earned well-deserved player of the game award.
