Racicot and Isaac Westlake each scored twice and Ben White added another
as the Louie’s Pizza and Pasta Bantam rep team outgunned the Stars on Tuesday night. Assists went to Parker Hodgson (2), Brennan Rupert, Nathan Graham and Ben White. Ethan Emerson celebrated prematurely when he beat the goalie but not the post on an exciting play that developed due to the energetic back-checking of number 15 Symon Hutcheson. Christian Lee played a strong physical game, and Daniel Martineau and Ben Brown were solid in their own end. Goaltender Logan White had to put up with traffic in his crease all night. The officials seemed to have it in for number 16 Brennan Rupert, but Ingersoll played well on the penalty kill and even managed to come up with a goal while short-handed. The Express will face off against Caledonia Wednesday and Simcoe Thursday before hosting Game 1 of the OMHA final Saturday against the Flames of Penetang.
