"Its not whether you get knocked down, its whether you get back up again."The first period was our only period that most of the team had played. Two goals came in the first. Goal one came from #16 Ryan Fraser assisted by #11 Westin Matsumoto then 4 minutes later #7 Charlie Ashman tied the game up to end the period.
The game for the most part took a turn for the worse. We received our first major penalty of the year at a hard point during the game. Then Caledonia took the lead scoring their third goal of the match.
Some shining lights of the contest was the outstanding attack of #11 Westin Matsumoto one of the only players who was out to attack the puck and trying to take the game into his own hands. Then our great goaltending by #1 Christopher Hardeman even though he didn't get the "W" he played a excellent game between the pipes and kept his team in the hunt right until the dying seconds.
Now after a tough loss like that we should take the night to reflect on our mistakes and capitalize tomorrow night as Six Nations comes to town.
