Coach Craig is Proud
Monday night's game against Tillsonburg was a tough one for Butterworth's Novice LL.
Butterworth's knew that they were going to be in for a tough game against Tillsonburg on Monday night. The last time that these teams met, it ended in defeat for Ingersoll. All of the players came out ready to fight. They did not lose their fighting spirit. Emmitt R. managed to gain an unassisted goal and Cameron F. spent a bit of time in the penalty box. Unfortunately, Tillsonburg came out on top again with an 8-1 win.
Coach Craig commented after the game that he was very proud of how the team had played. He felt that the score showed that the team was learning and developing their skills, and that they had played their positions extremely well.
