Canadian Tire vs Delhi
The Canadian Tire Atom teamed played on November 27, 2011 a game against Delhi. The played a very exciting game. They scored their 1st goal of the game to tie the game with less than 5 minutes left in the first period. It was scored by Keegan Purdy assisted by Joel Gardham. Welcome back and what a great way to return to the game Keegan. The 2nd goal was scored in the first period by Aidan Berto assisted by Katie Frizelle.
We went into second period up one but they tied it up again a couple of minutes into the second period. We came back and scored 2 more goals in the second period, the first one by Mark Tucker assisted by Ethan Vlemmix and the 2nd goal in period two by Mark Tucker again assisted by Michael Mersereau and Ethan Vlemmix again. We held them off strongly and went into the 3rd period tied but came back in the 3rd period with another goal scored by Matthew Debruyn assisted by Aidan Berto. The stars of the game where 3rd star Mike Mersereau, 2nd star Ethan Vlemmix and 1st star Katie Frizelle. Great work team and great passing! Way to hold them down!
