Canadian Tire vs Simcoe
Canadian Tire Atom team played against Simoe on Sunday October 23, 2011. They played a great game with help from Joel Gardham and Marisa Freeman. They won their game 4-2. They had a quiet first period with no goals by Canadian Tire and only one from Simcoe. They came alive in the 2nd period scoring a goal with 1 ½ minutes left by Nolan Costa assisted by Keegan Purdy in the second period to tie it up.
They were on a hot run with a goal being scored less than 30 seconds into the 3rd period again by Nolan Costa assisted by Mark Tucker. They then scored another 2 goals, one by Keegan Purdy assisted by Paul Shearer and Michael Mersereau and then the other one by Nolan Costa again assisted by Matthew Debryn and Joel Gardham. Way to go Nolan for your hat trick! Great game guys.
