Registration Information-

Registration is via the on-line registration format only which is available on the website: www.ingersollminorhockey.ca under the registration tab. Payments are to be made on line. On-line registration is open on June 1/23 and is to be completed by no later than July 15/23 to be eligible for discounted rate and to allow for season planning. All registrations will be date and time stamped to ensure inclusion into a program on a first come basis and for wait-list purposes.

Late registration does not guarantee a place on a team, as programs will be set in September. Late registrants will be placed on a numbered waiting list and placed if vacancies become available.

All new to OMHA players- Parent must complete the “parent respect in sport course” prior to the season, this course can be found on the OMHA website under the education tab. If you have completed this course for another child, you then can link it to the new player’s profile. You also need to upload a copy of child’s birth certificate and a photo proof of current address (drivers license or utility bill) to their profile.

 

Registration payments

All fees and required documents are due in full prior to first scheduled ice time.

Players who have not submitted documents or paid in full will not be permitted to participate during any ice time until such documents are received and registration is paid in full. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Registration Fees-

Players must register within their age division.

**Registrations received by July 15 2023 will be discounted $100.00.  Except for U5/6 . Spots cannot be guaranteed to those who register after July 15 2023.

 

U5/6=$350.00 per player. (no discount at this age division)

U7= $450.00

U8= $525.00

U9=$650.00

U11 & U18= $760.00 per player (U11 and U13 Goalies participating in the Local League program will be discounted $200.00 but MUST fulfill the entire season in the goalie position).

 

Family Rate- After the first 2 paid eldest IDMHA registrants, the rate will be one half of the age registration rate for each additional player within the same family.

 

Coaches-

Coaching and on-ice helper applications are available from June 1/23- July15/23.  Applications are on the website and can be submitted electronically or mailed to 200 King Hiram St. Ingersoll N5C 1L8. A criminal record check with vulnerable screening is mandatory if new to association, a waiver is required if you are returning from last season. You must have valid certifications for the position that you are applying for. If unsure of qualifications please contact Chris Lamers via email through the website.

Respect in Sport activity leader certification and Gender Identity Course are mandatory for all positions. If you do not have any of the aforementioned, then you must be registered for the course in order to be considered for a position on a bench. The links for clinics are available on the OMHA website. Please be proactive and have all the necessary paperwork completed before September 1st. Reimbursement for certifications will be given at the end of the season, if rosters are approved by OMHA and IDMHA. You are responsible for submitting the receipts to the treasurer (Angela Neddo) by season end. Receipts received for season prior will not be entertained.
