Shooters Sports Order Form

Please review and ensure your player comes to their scheduled time dressed, masked, and has their order form completed.

INFORMATION FROM BOB @ SHOOTERS SPORTS
This year's order form is attached.
Everybody has to have one filled out with their name and info on it, even if not ordering, so that the team photo is properly set up and for the included team photo for each player.

Make sure to print the team and coaches name on the form. This needs to be filled out and brought in for your photo shoot. Samples can be viewed at www.shootersphoto.ca

Click the hockey samples link and when the samples pop up click on the one you want to see and it will become larger and clear. The name of the background is on the photo for you to write down on your order form.

SAMPLES WILL ALSO BE AT PHOTO SALES TABLE.

We have a wireless credit card terminal to take your credit card and debit card. We will also accept e-transfers and cheques. We will take cash but it has to be the correct amount because we will not make change due to COVID-19.

FOR YOUR PHOTO SHOOT, YOU MUST SHOW UP WITH YOUR FACE MASK AND COMPLETELY DRESSED WITHOUT SKATES.

Thank you for your patience and understanding
