Season Update

Parents, Starting Monday October 5th we will be switching from our Preseason groups to our teams for the foreseeable future, Teams will be listed on the website along with 1 coach and 1 trainer (max allowed by OMHA). Once all the teams are listed we will post on the website and also send emails. These teams are not written in stone and can be adjusted if they are not balanced. We hope to start playing games mid to end of October with other centers in our health unit.

Starting Monday we will be moving to an online screening tool, on your teams site there will be an online form to fill out 12 hours prior to the next ice time for you and your son/daughter before coming to the arena, this will help with the flow of entering the arena and we will not need screeners outside the arena anymore. The completed form will go to the coaches or a designated volunteer and they will make sure everyone has done the online screening before entering.

Some Reminders

If the schedule says Max 25 allowed in Arena that is just players and coaches and everyone is allowed in 15 Minutes prior to ice time, arena access will be listed on the site.

If the schedule says Max 50 allowed in Arena that will be 1 parent only and 1 player and you are allowed in at the start of the ice time, the player should be fully dressed as they will have 5 minutes in arena to get skates, helmet and gloves on and then on the ice, Also no siblings as per town policy.  Nursing infants are allowed.

Once in the Arena please exit out the side doors on the side you are on, no re entry into the lobby please, unless for washroom use.  The arena staff are going to start locking the front door during ice times.  Once your in you can not leave and come back.  If you are late you will not be able to come in.

We would also like to thank everyone for their patience, this is all new territory for us all.
