2-0 Loss for Novice Local League Team Anderson Appliances
Team Anderson Appliances went on the road Saturday morning November 22 to Six Nations.
The first period ended scoreless, despite both teams fighting strong to score on one another. Team Anderson gave 100 percent effort trying to get the puck past the Blackhawks goaltender.
Six Nations picked up the pace in the second period. Two minutes in, a questionable goal was allowed giving the home team a 1-0 lead. Team Anderson kept their spirits up and tried their outmost to tie the game up. The second period ended 1-0 for the Blackhawks.
Three minutes into the third period, the Blackhawks extended their lead with another goal. Team Anderson continued to battle hard to even out the score. Ingersoll received a two minute penalty halfway into the final period. Team Anderson did a great job killing the penalty. The game ended 2-0 in favour of Six Nations.
