Delhi
Rockets midget team flew into town on March 5th, 2016, to
face-off against Shooters Sports Photography; Delhi may have been
looking for another win.
However, Ingersoll’s Shooters Sports Photography opened scoring, with two goals in the first period.
Craig Wild put the first puck into the Delhi net then Wild assisted Johnathan Ager who put the second puck against the Delhi mesh.
The second period saw Ingersoll scoring two more goals as Kristopher Procter put one into Delhi’s net, with assistance from Wild and Ager.
Then Will Norris put a forth point on the board with some help from Hayden Homewood and Jordan Lahey.
No further goals would be scored by Ingersoll, nor would any goals be scored at all by Delhi. The rockets went home after being shut out by Ingersoll’s excellent goal-tending, with a final score of 4 to 0 for Shooters Sports Photography.
