Dairy Queen Tykes Take Home and Home With Port Stanley
On Saturday, November 28, the Ingersoll Dairy Queen Tyke team travelled to Port Stanley to play Port Stanley White. The Ingersoll kids played an excellent game, and got a shut out victory. Scorers for Ingersoll were Ryan Bruschetto, Aidan Berto, Ethan Laporte and Brennan Rupert. Logan White played goal for the shut out.
The teams returned to Ingersoll for a rematch on Saturday,December 5. Again, the Dairy Queen squad played an excellent game, and had the visitors hemmed into their own end for much of it. The scoring was spread out well again, with goals coming from Ryan Bruschetto, Aidan Berto, Brennan Rupert, Ethan Laporte and Logan White. Assists were tallied by Keegan Purdy, Laporte, Rupert, Ben White, Berto, and even goaltender Eddie Ball.
Ingersoll Dairy Queen Tykes next face Port Stanley, yet again, on Saturday, Decmber 12, in Port Stanley, and return home for another game against Port Stanley on Saturday, December 19.
