INGERSOLL EXPRESS ATOM REP VS. HAGERSVILLE HAWKS
The Ingersoll Express will play the Haggersville Hawks two days in a row. These games will determine whether the Express move on in the playoffs to the round robin.
The first game was in Ingersoll and saying that it was action packed would be an understatement. The Express knew they had to work hard, and their actions proved how much they wanted this win. Peter was making some major saves in the first period and the Express were doing well keeping the puck out of their end. The period ends with no goals scored for either team. It seemed like the second period was moving in the same direction as the first with no goals, but our defense was hot and with 4 minutes left of the second period, Kohen scores the first goal of the game that was assisted by Rydan. The period ends with Ingersoll on the board. Haggersville ties the game in the third period however, The Express want this win too bad, and this time Rydan scores the winning goal with Kohen assisting. Ingersoll wins their first of two games against the Haggersville Hawks! Lets hope that the Express keep the momentum going for their game tomorrow on The Hawks home turf.
