INGERSOLL EXPRESS ATOM REP VS. AYLMER FLAMES
It
was the second chance for The Express to take the win from Aylmer and this time
on their home turf. Ingersoll opens the scoring with a swift goal by Kaelan.
Soon after, Aylmer take a significant lead and scores four goals during the first period. Peter is working hard tonight, making great saves!
The Express keep up the pace during the second period. Levon scores the only goal with five second left making the score 4-2 for Aylmer. Not too far into the third period Ty taps one in that is assisted by Nolan. The Express are pushing their way to a tie but unfortunately it was the last goal for Ingersoll. Aylmer adds three more to the score winning the game 7-3. A tough loss for the Express but it just wasn’t their night and they never gave up. In just a few days, the boys head to Exeter for the Bill Batten Memorial Tournament where there will be plenty of opportunities for a win.
