What an action-packed game last night against the Paris Wolf Pack!
Rydan starts the first period off with a swift goal that sent the pack into a frenzy! They manage to get the puck away from the Express having two attempts to score, yet Peter denies the Wolf Pack with two fantastic saves. The Ingersoll Express fought hard to keep the puck away from Paris, holding on to their one goal lead in the first.
Second period you could feel the tension from the stands! Even with a couple penalties and a second beauty goal served up by Rydan, The Ingersoll Express continues to power on and work together keeping ahead of the Pack.
The final period was no different from the first two. No one was backing down and both Ingersoll and Paris were hungry for a win. Kohen scored the third and final goal of the night, assisted by Kaelan and Josh with yet another great save by Peter. The team was there to protect their goalie while the wolf pack made a couple attempts on our net.
The best way to stand up to a pack of wolves is to stand together, which is exactly how the Express played last night. Our boys never gave up. The Paris Wolf Pack were on the hunt for a win and tried their best to intimidate the team. However, the Express derailed their plans and won the game 3 – 0.
