Game #7 S.C Playoffs - Express handle the Thunder
Another trip down to Caledonia for our final meeting vs the Thunder. We welcomed back Ben Baker, who was away with his family, so it was great to see him back with the team, and he would get thrown back into the fire.
The boys would end up on the right side of a 5-2 victory tonight. It was much like many of our contests in the past where we dominated on the shot tally. It had a much more subdued feel compared to our recent matches vs Niagara on the Lake.
Scoring tonight for the Express was Taylor Murray with two, Ethan Kish, Ryan Condotta and Alex Stratton. Helpers to Ben Baker who sent Ethan off to the races, before unleashing a beautiful wrist shot. Taylor Murray, Brody Huitema, Tyler Fleming, Eli North and Kian Brown with the others. Our next contest is Monday on the road vs Aylmer, a tune up game before our semi final series begins vs the Strathroy Rockets. Congrats on the win boys!!
