Tirecraft vs. Simcoe Warriors #1
This just may have been Tirecrafts most exciting game to watch yet!
Tirecrafts #9 Brody Fuller opened the scoring at 8:55 in the first period, finding the back of the net with an unassisted goal. Simcoe came back to score ending the first period in a 1-1 tie.
Simcoe scored first in the second period but it wasn't long before Tirecrafts #7 Gunnar Doyon scored with the assists going to #10 Gregory West and #2 Brayden Ackworth. Minutes later, Tirecrafts #2 Brayden Ackworth scored the third goal of the game for Tirecraft assisted by #10 Gregory West and #7 Gunnar Doyon. With seconds left in the second period, Simcoe sneaked in a goal to end the second period in a 3-3 tie.
Tirecraft continued to play throughout the third period some amazing hockey to watch despite how tired this group of boys were with a short bench.
Tirecrafts goalie extraordinaire, #1 Jackson Callow continued to shine defending his net with amazing saves!
The progress and improvement of this team is wonderful to watch. Thank you again to the dedication of a great coaching staff.
