Strathroy John Henry Tournament
October 26th and 27th Ingersolls Tirecraft Atom LL#1 traveled to Strathroy to take part in the John Henry Tournament. It was a great time for the players and parents and coaches to spend some time together and watch some great hockey!

Tirecraft played 3 games in the tournament. There were two goals scored during the second game played. The first goal was scored by #7 Gunnar Doyon and assisted by #11 Cole Smith. The second goal was scored by #7 Gunnar Doyon and assisted by #9 Brody Fuller and #13 Blake Jones.

This group of boys are exciting to watch working together on and off the ice improving as a team every game they play.

The star of the tournament was Tirecrafts goalie #1 Jackson Callow. I can't say enough about how amazing Jackson played, making amazing save after amazing save to keep this team in every game and never giving up despite the score.

One thing the game sheets do not show, but thanks to Coach Extraordinaire Eric, is the number of shots Jackson faced. Our goalie, #1 Jackson Callow faced over 101 shots during the three games played this weekend. Jackson made 73 saves!!! Jackson was hands down Tirecrafts star of the tournament! Way to go Jackson.

Way to go Tirecraft for making all of us parents so proud!
