Express Fall to 5-2 After Facing Coyotes
On Monday October 22 the Peewee Ponting Financial Group Rep team travelled to Burford to play the Coyotes, hoping to improve their record to 6-1 in the regular season.
Wyatt Thompson would score early in the 1st period, assisted by Nick Yoworski, to put Ingersoll ahead 1-0. Burford would answer back 4 minutes later tying the game 1-1. The Coyotes would take a 2-1 lead into the second period after scoring with less that a minute left in the first period. It would be all Coyotes after that, giving Ingersoll their 2nd loss of the season with a final score of 4-1
The boys are hoping to get back in the winners column on Thursday October 25th when the Simcoe Warriors come to town, game time is 7:10pm.
