Tirecraft vs. Waterford #1
Tuesday February 13th, Tirecraft to Waterford to face Waterford #1. Although they had a shorter bench for the game this didn't stop this talented team from coming away with the win!
Waterford opened the scoring in the first period at 9:21. Three minutes later Tirecrafts #2 Nathan Kapitor found the net with a goal assisted by #3 Owen Vanderbaan to tie up the game 1-1. Two minutes later Waterford managed to find the net to give them the lead and ending the first period.
Tirecrafts talented goalie #1 Graeme Arthur was quick to defend his net and stopped Waterford from any further opportunities to score.
Even despite having a short bench this game, Tirecraft was not about to let that stop them and with only 57 seconds remaining in the second period, #10 Justin Clarke scored to tie the game 2-2 from a pass from #3 Owen Vanderbann.
The only goal in the third period came from Tirecrafts # 3 Owen Vanderbaan and assisted by #10 Justin Clarke to give them the well deserved win.
