Here is a run down of the last 4 southern counties games for the Ingersoll Tremblett's YIG Express.
The boys hosted the Norwich Nighthawks and came away with a big win 3-1. They controlled most of the game and had lots of chances to add the lead but in the end, came away with a big win.
They then hosted the St. George Generals. It was a back and forth game. The Generals took the lead but with less than 20 seconds left the boys were able to tie the game and came away with an important point in the standings. Make the final 3-3
The Tremblett's YIG Express then travelled to Waterford to play the first of home and home with the first place Wildcats. Unfortunately, the boys would end up on the wrong side of both games, losing in Waterford 6-3 and then taking the loss at home 4-3.
The boys ended in second place in the playoff round and will now host their arch rivals from Ayr Tuesday March 20th at 7pm in the semi finals.
