OMHA playdowns-game 4
Thursday night, the Ingersoll Tremblett's YIG Express travelled to Caledonia for game 4 of the second round OMHA playdowns. The Express were trying to close out the series while the Thunder were trying to extend the series.
The first period was a fast paced period with the Thunder scoring the only goal of the period. As the second started, the Tremblett's YIG Express finally got their engine started and the they started to roll. Tanner Belore was able the tie the game early in the period with assists going to Ryan Condotta and Taylor Murray. 2 minutes later the boys struck again taking the lead on a goal from Ryan Gregg with assists going to Ethan Kish and Charlie Ashman. As the period wore on the Thunder put the pressure on and it paid off with them scoring making the score 2-2 going to the third. In the third the Tremblett's YIG Express struck again with the goal going to Ryan Condotta and assists going to Jeremy Stiles and Tanner Belore. As the period wore on, the Thunder put on intense pressure and peppered shots at Spencer Krajewski. Krajewski was up to the challenge and turned away all the shots allowing the Ingersoll Tremblett's YIG Express to win the game 3-2 and move on to the next round against Ayr.
