2017/18 International Silver Stick Finals

The Forest International Silver Stick Finals started today with our Ingersoll Express meeting the Mooretown Flags at the crack of dawn.
Well with sleep still in our boys eyes the Flags came out on fire. We just could not slow them down.
Losing the opening match 5-1.
The second game matched us up against the Listowel Cyclones. With our boys now wide awake and with a bad taste left in their mouths from the first game. We came out more aggressive and with purpose in their heads.
With the team firing on all cylinders we came out with a 4-2.
Now with the scoring in this tournament right down to gaining points for periods won and wins over all, we have our work cut out for us in the morning tomorrow. Meeting our nemesis for the year the Ayr Flames.
With both our teams pretty even we edged them out in the Regional round, this should be a barn burner in the morning.
