‘A’ Division Game 5 –Ingersoll Express Novice LL1 Anderson Appliances vs Paris Wolf Pack 1
1 st Period
The first goal went to Paris at 8:06. Both teams playing fantastic with a lot of action on both ends.
Great save by Logan at 5:44. 2 nd goal for Paris at 3:58 with another attempt at 3:46. Ingersoll is playing
strong and got their first goal at 1:38 #19 Blake assisted by #9 Kyle and #17 Kolton.
2 nd Period
Second period started great for Ingersoll and at 8:49 we managed to tie the game with a goal by #4
Owen. Paris responded with a goal at 7:15 to regain the lead. Paris attempt at 6:02 stopped by Logan.
Defense was doing a much better job at making sure the Paris team was covered. At 5:38 we were tied
once again with a goal by #9 Kyle. Score 3-3
At 5:04 Paris regained the lead. For the next two minutes Ingersoll had a really tough time getting it
away from our end battling it out in front of our net. At 3:25 Paris had found a weak spot and were able
to capitalize scoring 4 goals before we could regroup and with finally with 8 seconds left in the period
we got a goal #9 Kyle. Period ended 8-4.
3 rd Period.
After the rocky ending to the 2 nd period it was great to see that Ingersoll didn’t give up. Early in the third
we had a good attempt on the Paris net and at 9:22 and another good save. At 8:29 Paris got a goal
that normally would not have got past Logan. Paris got two more goals at 6:28 and 3:55 but our team
was working hard and we saw some great improvement in both team work and positions.
Final 11-4 for Paris
