Saturday Oct 28th was the third game for the Novice LL1 - Anderson Appliances and our second game against the Paris Wolfpack. While we won the first game, Paris won the second
Paris started off hard and got four goals very early in the period. Our first and only goal was in the first period at 6:42 by Kyle Verhoeven. It was a messy first period with another Paris goal with 2:11 left in the period.
While Paris ended the 2nd with two more goals the Ingersoll team increased their pace and played with a lot of heart.
The third period resulted in one more goal for Paris. There were some great saves and lots of fantastic attempts on Paris’ net by Ingersoll right up to the end.
It was a great team effort and despite the rough start they didn’t give up. Congratulations to Kyle on his second goal of the season. Final score 8-1 for Paris.
