When united as a team they can build a dynasty. Game three had our mighty Express matched up against our seasonal foe Simcoe and their #87.

Game three started on some shaky ground with #87 managing to get on past the "The Eagle" But with great team work we stood our ground and fought back. Just twenty seconds later our mighty blue line warriors evened the score at ones #7 Charlie "Chuck" Ashman assisted by #9 Ryan "I.S.S.U."(You all know what that stands for!) Wolfe. Ending the first again we were tied at one a piece.
The second opened much like the first with the exception that our blue line warriors were shutting down the mighty #87. The second goal came from #4 Urijah "I'll take it" Jewkes with a shot from behind the net that banked of the goaltender and into the net. Five minutes later had our mighty #7 "Chuck" Ashman send another flyer in from the almost the blue line. Giving our Express a little more breathing room.
The third was a hard fought battle with #1 Christopher "The Eagle" Hardeman standing his ground and keeping out the Simcoe team. Then almost with a timer in his head that the game clock was winding down and with the Simcoe net minder on the bench #6 Wyatt Thompson made a last ditch break to put one more on the score board, just as he has done in the previous game.

The team work that we have shown over this tournament is sure to carry over for the rest of the season. As I speak for the rest of the parents of our Ingersoll Express we are very proud of you all and hope for more success as the season carries on!
