Saturday morning the Ingersoll Dairy Queen Tykes played in Aylmer.
#1 Riley Vise played goal for the first part of the game and #12 Tyson Weber for much of the second part.
The game got under way with Ingersoll’s #5 Lucas Folkema scoring early in the first period with an assist by #11 Cole Ialenti. Ingersoll managed to keep the lead going into the second period.
The second period was all Aylmer as #88 Thomas Dance, #87 Braylon Jaques, #6 Jimmy Kegnart, and #19 Tyler Davis scored four unanswered goals.
Ingersoll rallied back in the third with Lucas Folkema scoring his second goal and #4 Ben Randall scoring back to back goals, with an assist by #6 Ethan Kish, to tie the game at 4-4.
