Busy Weekend for Anderson Appliances Novice LL Team
Games on Saturday, Sunday and Monday produced mixed results, with a win, a tie and a loss.
The action started on Saturday with a match against Embro for the Carmeuse Invitational. It was a tight game, with Embro coming out ahead 2-1. C. Macpherson scored the only goal, another shorthanded one.
Sunday saw the team travel to Delhi. W. Parsons scored the only goal of the game for either team. Congratulations to N. White on the shutout! Way to go!
Family Day brought another low-scoring, action-packed game, this time at home against Tillsonburg. It was end-to-end action, with great saves from E. Spence. Once again W. Parsons scored the only Ingersoll goal, but Tillsonburg was able to come up with one of their own, leaving the game with a final score of 1-1. What a great game to watch!
