Strong Showing in Norwich
It was a true team effort in Norwich this Sunday morning.
After a tie in the last match-up, the team was looking for a win. It looked like it might be another close one when Norwich scored the first goal just seconds before the end of the first. B. Williams got things going in the second, scoring one unassisted. N. White was next, unassisted. S. Bryant followed up with one of her own, assisted by C. Macpherson. The third period saw P. Huitema scoring, assisted by C. Macpherson, who scored shortly after himself, unassisted. B. Williams racked up another hat trick, scoring two more unassisted. Norwich scored a late one, bringing the final score to an impressive 7-2. Our solid defensive play helped to shutdown the strong Norwich offense. Super team effort!
