Joshua Taylor scores his first goal of the year to spark the Local 88 Midgets to 8-2 win
You would think that Peter Weys second hat trick of the season would get the loudest cheers from the bench, or how about Michael Nutt also getting his second three goal performance of the campaign. Was it the four point performance from Branden Taylor that capped off the loudest hurrah?
Joshua Taylor received the loudest cheers as he scored his first goal of the year to the excitement of all his teammates to help the Ingersoll Midget Local 88 Rep team to a convincing 8-2 victory over Twin Centre Stars.

Coach Matt Duncan insisted that defenceman Joshua Taylor should get a shift up front to try to get the goal for him. Coach Jeff Nicholson put him on a line with Nutt and Jordan Travis and Joshua finished off a great set-up from Travis to bury the puck behind the net.
It was the 11th straight league win for the Midgets to stay in first in Southern Counties.
Randy Weatherhead made several important key saves as the score was only 2-1 for Ingersoll late in the second period.
Austin Kielt chipped in with a couple of helpers with singles going to Scott Arts and Travis.
