The first game of the weekend found the Tirecraft team in
Burford.
The team was in it for the win today as they stepped onto the ice you could feel the buzz! Going into the second period Burford was up one when Eddie B came from behind the net to score the first goal of the game. Matthew DB had a chance to score as well in the second period and took his shot from the blue and in it went. But then Burford tied it up a few seconds later. Going into the third period, Burford pulled ahead with another goal, and Ingersoll Tirecraft wasn’t going to go down just yet. Charlie K scored with an assist from Tanner G. And for the win, Tanner G took the shot just as he passed over the blue line and scored! Final score 4-3

The second game of the weekend was on home ice against the Six Nations Team. Despite the action packed game, amazing goal tending by Noah C, the Tirecraft team couldn’t pull off another win today. Matthew DB scored the one and only goal of the game. Final score 2-1.
