Ingersoll Buterworth's Novice Team Headed to Noewich Sat Jan 21st, 2012
Was a great match up. No scoring in the first period. Our forwards (Owen Longlade, Shelby Todd, Emma Adams and Madelyn Nigh-Smith) were digging in with a few chances but couldn't get one in the net.
Norwich scored in the second. Ethan Macpherson got a goal tieing the game up 1-1 assisted by Caleb Clifford.
Going into the third Norwich scored 2 more goal ending the game in a 3-1 loss.
Excellant goal tending by Dominic Kingsbury and Ingersoll Butterworth's defence helping out alot, keeping shots down. All in all a tough one to loss when the kids played so well.
