Carmeuse Lime vs Simcoe - February 19th, 2012
Wow, what a game! Carmeuse Lime came together as a team and played extremely well. In the first period Brayden Todd scored the first goal of the game with help from teammate Hailey Wright. Ingersoll held off Simcoe through a powerplay to finish out the first period.
The second period started out with Simcoe scoring to tie up the game. Then on an Ingersoll powerplay Will Norris scored a goal from a pass from Hayden Homewood. Shortly after, the roles were reversed and Hayden Homewood scored from a pass from Will Norris. To finish out the second period Carmeuse Lime held off Simcoe during two powerplays.
In the opening minute of the final period, Carmeuse Lime tried hard through a powerplay but just couldn't change the score.
Final score Carmeuse Lime 3, Simcoe 1. Awesome team effort!!!!
