Canadian Tire vs Norwich
The Canadian Tire Atom played an awesome and exciting game on Friday February 10, 2012 at home against Norwich. We had control of the entire game and came out ahead. Our first goal was scored by Mark Tucker unassisted less than 1 minute into the game. What an exciting start! We held them off and scored the 2nd goal by Keegan Purdy assisted by Annilese Racicot. We had more of a quiet period in the 2nd with only 1 goal scored by Annilese Racicot, her first goal of the season, assisted by Ethan Vlemmix.
We had a busy third period scoring our last 3 goals, the first one by Matthew DeBruyn unassisted, 2nd by Nolan Costa assisted by Keegan Purdy and the final goal of the game scored with less than 2 minutes left by Mark Tucker unassisted. The stars of the game were 3rd star Mark Tucker, 2nd star Nolan Costa and 1st star to Annilese Racicot for scoring her first goal this season. Great game players!
