McNiven Insurance Atom Rep hosts Aylmer
On December 8th, Ingersoll Express made Aylmer wish the price of gas was a little lower after driving to Ingersoll for a 6-2 loss.
Brennan Rupert made a beautiful pass to Nolan Atkins who made Aylmer's defense think they were dancing with the devil himself and buried an awesome wrist shot to make it 1-0. Cole Ellis made it 2-0 crashing the net and scoring from his brother Riley Ellis who worked hard to get the rubber to the net.
No goals were scored in the second period and Aylmer managed to get their only 2 goals of the game in the third. To answer their 2 points in the third, the Foster, Clark and Hammond line rocked 2 goals in less than 1 minute with Keegan Clark shooting at the net and Clayton Hammond tipping it in. Then, cycling the puck Hammond fed Clark who fed Alex Foster who buried it in the back of the net. Riley Ellis made a cross ice pass on the tape of Justin Holmes who took it home to bring it to 5-2. The last goal of the game showed some more team work with defenseman Ethan Emerson moving the puck to Brennan Rupert who set up Parker Hodgson who put the final goal of the game away to make it 6-2 Express.
