Cami peewee LL black team finishes first half with two games in Waterford.
On Dec. 13 the Cami black team travelled to Waterford for an afternoon game. Cami scored the only goal in the first period from Dylan Currie assisted by Justin Borland and Duncan Chevrier. Waterford scored twice in the second period taking a 2-1 lead until late in the period when Cami black scored the equalizer from Duncan Chevrier assisted by Zach Catry and Julian-Gillespie Wilson. Despite playing a strong third period Cami was unable to score and late in the period Waterford scored the winning goal handing Cami a 3-2 loss.
On Dec. 20 the same two teams met again but the Cami black team was not going to let Waterford get anything going in this game with Cami scoring four times in the first period. Goal scorers were Matt Burns with two, Jonathan Andrews and Duncan Chevrier with one each. Assists went to Josh Holmes with two and Duncan Chevrier, Dylan Currie, Zach Catry, and Max Chevrier with one each. In the second period Waterford scored twice to get back in this game, but late in the second period Duncan Chevrier scored assisted by Dylan Currie putting this game out of reach for the Waterford team. In the third period Cami played a strong defensive game and with good goal tending held Waterford off the score board and took this game by a score of 5-2.
