Ingersoll Midget Reps eliminated in OMHA Playdowns
New Hamburg finished the CAW Local 88 Ingersoll Express Midget Reps in four games.
Ingersoll could not make a offensive attack throughout the series. Ingersoll tallied only four goals in the series. The first game was the closest battle which the outcome was a 0-0 tie. Game two, New Hamburg thumped the Express 8-2. The third game was in Ingersoll on January 20th and ended in 4-1 loss in which Colin Tryon got the lone score assisted by Kevin VanKooten. The fourth game was in New Hamburg on January 22nd, and had a identical school as game three in a 4-1 win for New Hamburg and it allowed the winners to move on to the next series. Ingersoll midgets now have to finish their regular league season and then be starting league playoffs in the first week of February.
