CAW Local 88 Ingersoll Express Midget Reps battle to a 0-0 overtime tie

On January 10th, the CAWLocal 88 Ingersoll Express Midgets played an exciting game at homeagainst New Hamburg. This was the first game of OMHA first roundshowdown. Nathan Hutchison was in goal for Ingersoll and played onoutstanding game along with his four defense in front of him.Ingersoll has been having a hard time finding much of an offensewhich makes it very important to keep the opposition in scoring. Thegame went for ten minutes of overtime since it was a playoff game.Each team receive one point for the game in which the series goes tothe team that reaches six points first.
The second game was playedJanuary 13th in New Hamburg. Ingersoll kept the score close afterone period with a 1-1 score but the flood gates opened in the secondwith five unanswered goals in approximately six minutes of play. Thegame ended in a 8-2 score. Game three is in Ingersoll TuesdayJanuary 20th in Ingersoll at 8:30.
Ingersoll Reps continuedtheir league regular season hosting Burford Coyotes on January 17th.Ingersoll once again didn't show much of a offense but pulled off a2-1 win.
