Coaching Applications for LL Due Sept 1st, News (Ingersoll & District Minor Hockey)

    Police Clearances are required for any / all volunteers within our association (coach, on-ice helper, bench staff, mangers, parent reps, and executive).  Please download the 6-page application form (http://ingersollminorhockey.ca/Public/Documents/Organization/PoliceClearance.pdf ) if you plan to be actively involved this season – do it at your earliest convenience – we may need your help the first week of September !
 
    If you require to have your coaches card and / or trainer card "crossed over" from Alliance to OMHA, please do so ASAP! The proper form is available at www.omha.net/
