Rep. (Travel) Coaches Needed

  The Ingersoll & District Minor Hockey Association is now accepting coaching applications for all Rep. (travel) Divisions, Novice to Midget.

  Applications are located on our website under the heading “online library” then click on “IDMHA documents” or simply follow the link below: http://ingersollminorhockey.ca/Public/Documents/Organization/rep_coaching_app.pdf.

  A police clearance is mandatory and is also on the website or again follow link listed here: (http://ingersollminorhockey.ca/Public/Documents/Organization/PoliceClearance.pdf ).  When completing your police clearance you are now required to take 2 of the following pieces of ID with you: Driver’s License, Passport, and/or Birth Certificate.  

  Application deadline is May 17, 2010. Applications may be mailed to PO Box 122 Ingersoll, Ont. N5C 3K1 or scanned and sent via e-mail to jthib@rogers.com
